With Following 2 years of successfully delivering key projects nationally, we thought it was time for Imperium Resourcing’s Managed Service Division to establish its own identity, as Imperium Solutions.
Two years ago we started a niche offering to some of our established clients whereby rather than hiring individual Social Workers to support workforce strategies we became a fully outsourced managed service provider undertaking a variety of Social Work activities across Childrens's Social Work and Adult's Social Care.
We soon realised that whilst we enjoyed the support provided by the group infrastructure we also needed a standalone business with dedicated resources. From this concept, Imperium Solutions was created.
What do we do?
Imperium Solutions now supports our clients in the public sector as a pure play consultancy and managed service provider for Social Work activities.
We provide numerous consultancy, review and assessment services in Social Work practice for our clients within Childrens's Social Work and Adults Social Care. With over 15 large scale projects under our belt, we have a well-proven mobilisation, implementation and project completion methodology which we tailor to meet the needs of each individual client.
