Imperium Solutions: 2022 highlights

As the year draws to a close, it’s time to look back on the highlights of what was a brilliant year for Imperium Solutions.

Plus, reflecting on progress is key for growth, and what better time to grow and improve than at the start of a new year?

Recapping our achievements also provides the opportunity to re-evaluate our approach and look at what went well, as well as where there is room for improvement in 2023.

Improved worker retention

This year we helped to increase worker retention in local authorities by 31%. Of course, staff retention is vital in the current climate with the demand for social workers continuing to rise. We are rigorous in our approach to placing candidates in best-fit roles, and aim to improve this figure in the coming year.

Increased focus on mental health

Since the pandemic, we have seen a shift towards the prioritisation of mental health across all sectors. Here at Imperium Solutions, we are dedicated to ensuring all our candidates feel supported and happy in their career. Our team offers round the clock support, including industry insight into how to balance social work caseloads with your wellbeing. We are also delighted to share that we saw an increase in staff morale in 97% of our project teams this year.

Helped build long-term careers

As an interim, it can be stressful not knowing where your next project is going to come from. That’s why it can be beneficial to work with a specialist recruiter as it means you have access to a whole network of established clients. In fact, 95% of associates working with Imperium Solutions transferred to new projects having completed existing ones.

Why work with us in 2023?

As one of our candidates, you will be supported throughout the recruitment process and beyond. Even on the job, we provide a project lead to each of our candidates so that they are not managed by the end client and have a reliable point of contact at all times. Other benefits include discounted CPD training, flexible working options and access to on-going work across our portfolio.

Here are some stats we’re also proud of from this year:

  • 259% increase in placements into project teams this year

  • 13 total ongoing or completed transformation project teams this year across LA’s in the UK

  • Average project mobilisation of 4 weeks

  • Began new focus on occupational therapy project teams earlier this year
